1. Returns
We only accept returns if the product received is damaged or defective. Please note the following guidelines for returns:

Damage upon Arrival: If the painting arrives damaged, you are eligible for a return and refund. Kindly inspect your artwork immediately upon received. If you find any damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

Proof of Damage: To process the return, we require clear video of unboxing and photographs of the damaged painting along with the packaging it arrived in. This helps us verify the issue and improve our shipping practices.

Return Process: Once the damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the product. The painting must be returned in its original packaging and condition.Â
2. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10Â business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Paintings that are not damaged or defective upon arrival are non-returnable.
- Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be returned or refunded, as these pieces are uniquely created for you.
