1. General Terms

  • Eligibility: By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Account: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

2. Product Descriptions and Availability

  • Product Information: We strive to display accurate information about our paintings, including images, dimensions, and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor displays.
  • Availability: All paintings are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
  • Payments: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, upi, etc. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to process your order.
  • Currency Conversion: If you are purchasing from outside India, the price you pay may vary due to exchange rates and conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Times: We process orders within 3-4 business days. Estimated delivery times will vary based on location and shipping method.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. For international shipments, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, and these are also the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery Issues(International): We are not liable for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns only if the painting is damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed with a return.

6. Custom and Commissioned Artworks

  • Custom Orders: For custom or commissioned artworks, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required at the time of the order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.
  • Approval and Finalization: For commissioned work, we will provide progress updates. Once you approve the final design, the artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Clayline Studio or their respective artists and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the security of the site or any associated services.
  • Provide false or misleading information during the purchasing process.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Clayline Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused by misuse of the products, including but not limited to damage from improper installation, care, or display of the paintings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the website if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana state. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana state.
