1. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom or commissioned artwork may take longer depending on the nature of the work, and we will provide an estimated completion and shipping timeline upon order placement.

Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

4. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Paintings are securely packaged in sturdy boxes with appropriate padding and protection to avoid any damage during transit.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery in real time via the shipping carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realise an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at Claylinestudio@gmail.com to update the information before the order is processed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: While we take all necessary precautions, in the rare event that your artwork is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In the case of damage, please provide photos and videos of unboxing of the damaged artwork and packaging.
7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
- For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the total price and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges will vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information.
8. Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen events may extend delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
